Chris Biletta

Chris joined SSH in 2022 as a Property Manager. He has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with over 5 years as a commercial property manager. Chris has managed office and retail properties across the country including PA, FL, GA, MO, and WV. He currently manages 230 S Broad St, 1524 Chestnut St, and 1511 Walnut St in Philadelphia. In addition to property management, he has a background in commercial property marketing and construction/project management.
