Fred Cullen

Fred Cullen joined SSH Real Estate as a professional with a 25+ year career in site selection, partnership cultivation, and construction and property management, specializing in healthcare facilities. His prior experience as a project manager allowed him to build relationships with landlords, developers, contractors, and vendors within the healthcare space. Fred spent 20 years with Novacare Rehabilitation, a division of Select Medical, as their VP of Business Development, Real Estate and Construction and managed a $100 million real estate portfolio comprised of over 1,400 properties across the country.
