SSH Real Estate

Community

Local ownership devoted to Philadelphia for more than 60 years. In 2012, SSH Real Estate celebrated 60 years serving the commercial real estate community in the Greater Philadelphia region. We are committed to creating a thriving city by investing in commercial properties in order to aid in the revitalization of Center City Philadelphia.

In addition, our staff are active contributors to the city and its suburbs, serving on nonprofit boards from the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA to Children’s Crisis Treatment Center; and volunteering their time to organizations including Variety Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania SPCA, and numerous others.
