Stefanie Hill

Stefanie J Hill joined SSH Real Estate as an experienced property management and lease administration professional with over 25 years of real estate experience in commercial, retail, and multi-family sectors.

As Accounting Operations Manager, Stefanie oversees the development of “excellence” in our Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Team. She provides tools of empowerment to team members, develops workflow processes, and facilitates team-focused dynamics and communication.

Stefanie’s background includes positions as Director of Lease Administration, Property Manager, and Job Cost Analyst at Keystone Property Group and as Onboarding Trainer for new acquisitions at Home Properties Inc.

She is a graduate of Rosemont College and holds an active Real Estate Salespersons License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1997.
