SSH was hired by a regional developer to market 10 acres of industrial land along the I-95 corridor in Delaware County, PA. SSH secured a credit worthy tenant who needed a 56,000 SF state-of-the-art industrial facility. SSH, on the developer’s behalf, negotiated a long term build-to-suit lease. SSH’s Brokerage Team worked in tandem with SSH’s Investment Team to ensure the lease terms positively impacted the valuation of the building positioning the asset for Investment Sale. Once the building was delivered to the tenant, SSH sold the asset to a regional investor and represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
