Donald Grimes

Managing Director

Don Grimes currently serves as Manager Director within the Brokerage Division at SSH Real Estate. Joining the firm in January 2016, Don specializes in tenant representation and landlord representation for both leasing and investment sales. Don focuses on all asset types with market expertise in Delaware and Chester County. Prior to joining SSH, he spent 11 years with KarMar Realty Group where he represented clients with their commercial real estate needs.

Education:

Donald graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics.
