SVP - Business Operations
Kelly oversees the day-to-day business operations of SSH Advantage. Her primary responsibility is to foster the overall commitment to our clients and staff. She maintains detailed oversight of our contracts, administration of agreements, insurance compliance, and accounting administration. Kelly performs comprehensive invoicing and accounts receivable duties for both our property management and facility maintenance departments. In this position, Kelly works very closely with the team in the successful completion of projects, as well as, the development of SSH Advantage team members. Kelly has also worked in development/construction for more than 30 years, assisting from the land development process through to final building occupancy.
