Andréa Lewis

Andréa has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years. She currently manages various office, industrial, institutional and commercial properties throughout the tri-state area, focusing on tenant relations, operations, vendor coordination and financial management. Andréa is detailed oriented in all aspects of property management which includes developing annual budgets, evaluating contracts, proactively managing and coordinating building services/projects. She provides exceptional communication and customer service to both owners and tenants.

Andréa holds both a Pennsylvania and New Jersey real estate license and is currently working towards her RPA and Associates Degree.  She is a member of BOMA and part of their “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” committee.
