Partner
Greg Muller is a Partner of SSH Real Estate. Greg began his career at SSH Real Estate in 2004 as an intern and has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth.
Greg’s initial role at SSH focused on acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence. During this time, Greg was a key member of the team working closely with Founding Partner, Pete Soens, to acquire office buildings in Center City and spearheaded the development of relationships with multiple institutional and family office joint-venture partners. SSH has since acquired and developed a portfolio of 15 investments with value of over $1.3 billion. Greg’s role at SSH evolved over the years from an intern, to analysts, to General Counsel which included negotiating leases, contracts and coordination of all SSH legal and closings. This comprehensive background has made Greg ideally suited for his current role as a Partner leading all phases of the company’s three divisions – Investments, Property Management and Brokerage.
