Jason Vaughan

Jason is a Managing Director in the Property Management Division of SSH Real Estate. He joined the firm in 2005 and has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management with a focus on building systems and operations. Jason, in conjunction with SSH’s team of property managers, is responsible for managing the building operations staff and implementing capital projects at the properties SSH manages on behalf of both third-party owners and the SSH Investments Division. He has extensive experience overseeing large, commercial projects, including the redevelopment of the Witherspoon Building into 186 units, installation of new base-building HVAC and electrical equipment across SSH’s portfolio and insurance claim property restoration.
