Jeffrey DeAngelis - SSH Real Estate

Jeff DeAngelis serves as Chief Engineer for 123 South Broad Street. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in managing maintenance, construction, life safety, HVAC and electrical engineering. Prior to joining SSH, Jeff worked for American Financial Realty Trust where he was responsible for managing the engineering, maintenance and construction for 123 South Broad St. In addition to 123 South Broad, Jeff was also responsible for overseeing AFRT’s 3 million square foot portfolio of office buildings throughout Philadelphia, Delaware and New Jersey.

Jeff holds a Class A license with the City of Philadelphia for boiler and refrigeration. He is EPA certified to handle and manage environmental construction and emergency procedures, and CFC certified from Ferris University in all realms of HVAC. Jeff also holds a certificate from National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers of Pennsylvania.

Education:

Jeff is a graduate of Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute and holds a certificate in HVAC. Jeff graduated from Camden County Fire Academy in New Jersey and spent 7 years as a volunteer fireman in Cherry Hill, NJ, where he was trained in high rise firefighting applications and high-rise emergency procedures.

Professional and Personal Affiliations:

Jeff is a member of PBOMA and BOMA. He is a 15-year member of the Refrigeration Engineers Society where he studies electrical engineering and industry current standards.

In 2010, Jeff re-entered the fire service with Westhampton Emergency Services as a firefighter. He continues studies in firefighting and has attended classes at Emergency Services Training Center in Burlington County, NJ.
