Paul Polinsky

Paul joined SSH Real Estate in 2024 as the Director of Business Development, overseeing initiatives across all lines of business.  Paul actively identifies, cultivates, and sources new business opportunities for the company by forging partnerships, expanding market reach, and developing solutions to continue to meet client needs.  With over a decade of experience, he specializes in fostering mutually beneficial relationships while keeping client needs as his top priority.  Paul began his career at Northwestern Mutual in the financial services sector before spending five years at Mass Mutual Greater Philadelphia, where he co-founded The Forward Group, a boutique firm catering to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

A proud alumnus of Saint Joseph’s University, Paul earned his B.S. in Finance from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business. During his time there, he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team and developed a notable amateur golfing career.  Paul resides in the Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife, Kim, their daughter, Logan, and their son, Lucas. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
