Michael Montemuro

Mike is a Partner of SSH Real Estate. Mike joined SSH in June 2012 and initially focused on investment sales and leasing.  Soon, Mike’s role expanded to include new acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations. Mike is now responsible for SSH Property Management.

Mike’s previous experience at the company in underwriting, financial management, development and leasing brings a unique perspective to his role of overseeing the property management division.  The Property Management team services over 6 million square feet across all property types for both SSH owned assets and third-party investors. Mike oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations including Property Management, Financial Services, Engineering & Operations, and Construction Management. Mike coordinates the long-term strategy for the growth and continued success of both the Property Management Division and SSH Real Estate.

Mike graduated from Saint Joseph’s University where he studied International Business and Economics.  Following his undergraduate studies, Mike attended The University of Maryland, where he earned is Master’s in Real Estate Development.  Mike lives in Doylestown, Bucks County and spends time in Longport, NJ.  When he is not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and fishing.
