Ryan Bond

Ryan Bond serves as the Senior Vice President of HVAC Operations at SSH Facilities, where he leverages more than a decade of experience in both the field and executive leadership within the mechanical services industry.

His career began in 2012 at K2B—his family’s HVAC business—where he gained a comprehensive understanding of operations through hands-on roles, from preventative maintenance technician to overseeing day-to-day business functions.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, with a major in Finance and minors in Economics and Political Science. He began his post-graduate career as a program manager at Cerner Corporation before returning full-time to K2B in 2018. Since then, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and its integration into SSH Facilities.

In his current role, Ryan oversees all facets of HVAC operations, blending technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable efficiency.
