The Baxter Portfolio

SSH was selected by and represented Baxter Properties in the sale of a five-property office portfolio in Delaware and Chester Counties, PA.  While analyzing the portfolio, SSH’s Investment Sales Team determined that they could maximize value by splitting the portfolio into two parts – a professional office portfolio of three buildings and a medical office portfolio of two buildings.  SSH successfully sold the professional portfolio to a local buyer with a 1031 exchange need and the medical portfolio to a national investor who specializes in medical office buildings.
