Overview
SSH Advantage Maintenance Services provides full maintenance services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for owners and tenants of office, retail, industrial, medical, and hospitality assets. SSH can accommodate the unique needs of all clients from 40-hour per week maintenance service to once per week check-ins.
SSH Advantage Maintenance has distinguished itself from other firms by providing effective and reliable maintenance services for our clients. Our clients’ requests are handled quickly and resolved correctly the first time. The staff of maintenance technicians consists of a talented, hard-working team. Our staff is trained to evaluate effectively and relay information to our real estate contact, providing insights as to what needs to be accomplished and in what timeframe to assure that the building condition meets the Owner’s expectations. Simultaneously, our maintenance technicians are cost conscious and cognizant of budget considerations. The maintenance staff is experienced in all the trades, including plumbing and electrical. We also cross-train multiple staff for each site, assuring effective coverage at all times.
Addressing potential issues and providing ongoing maintenance for commercial and real estate properties can reduce building expenses and increase property demand. Our skilled property maintenance professionals are trained to do an assessment of the facility as they walk through, noting and resolving life safety issues that may be present.
Our experienced technicians not only address problems at hand, but also have a trained eye towards making sure any other issues are reported and a solution is facilitated as well. In many cases our trained technicians can correct a broad spectrum of issues on the spot, eliminating the need to call multiple contractors.
