1524 Chestnut Street

SSH Real Estate represented the ownership group of 1524 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA. Upon receiving the assignment SSH’s Construction Management team managed a complete renovation of the building including the installation of a new roof, stair towers, elevators, and new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems at the building. Additional SSH’s Construction Management was activity involved in the fit outs of the tenant’s suites. During the renovation, three tenants were retained to lease the entire building: Liberty Travel, Harp & Crown and Schulson Collective. The building is a mix of office and retail space with client-facing retail on both Chestnut and Sansom Streets.
