SSH Real Estate exclusively represents Crozer Health, which is a four-hospital health system based in Delaware County, PA.   Crozer Health is the county’s largest tenant and holds over 150 leases in over 40 buildings.  SSH’s Brokerage Team was hired to help the health system strategically plan their real estate needs in growth markets, negotiate new leases, oversee lease renewals/expansions and broker property acquisitions and dispositions.  SSH’s market knowledge was the key factor to being awarded the assignment.
