Disability Rights PA

SSH was selected by and represented Disability Rights Pennsylvania in their search to relocate their existing Philadelphia office.  Disability Rights Pennsylvania had some very specific requirements with a specific focus on ADA accessibility.  It was important that their space, and the building, not only be ADA accessible, but that access to everything within the building be truly equal.  In contrast to most modern trends, Disability Rights Pennsylvania also needed significant windowed offices with very little internal or open workspace.  SSH Real Estate advised Disability Rights Pennsylvania with extensive market intelligence, comprehensive financial analysis of potential lease terms, as well as guidance during the construction process.
