Class A office campus located in Glen Mills, PA.  The property is owned by an institutional landlord located out of state.  The landlord & asset manager hired SSH Real Estate’s Brokerage Team due to its market knowledge and expertise negotiating new leases and lease renewals.  SSH has been the exclusive broker on this leasing assignment for over 7 years and helped the landlord increase its occupancy from 70% to over 90%, stabilizing the asset and creating value for the owner.
