Our Property Management Division is comprised of over 45 employees who manage approximately six million square feet of commercial and residential space with a focus on office buildings in Center City Philadelphia. SSH oversees all aspects of operating a building, including facilities management, accounting, rent collection, construction and staffing. SSH expertly scales costs and manage buildings efficiently, resulting in substantial cost savings for property owners. SSH’s size provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace. We are large enough to deliver excellent vendor-pricing and economies of scale for clients, yet small enough that our senior management participates in all aspects of managing properties.
There are two clients in the property management business – the property owner and the tenants of the property. SSH has earned a distinguished reputation among both. Our property managers and operations staff are experts in on-site management, and our experienced accounting staff timely delivers accurate, detailed financial reporting tailored to suit the needs of property owners and their investor partners. Our customer-focused professionals are adept at responding to tenants’ needs and keeping open lines of communication with tenants to help attract and retain tenants at all SSH managed properties.
