Brad Cosey

Brad joined SSH as an integral part of our building operations and brings with him a wealth of experience. His responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of the HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building equipment. He often assists with operations, property managers, and construction fit-outs of all buildings in both center city and SSH’s suburban properties. Brad oversees building maintenance personnel with daily operations and setting training standards, safety, and emergency procedures.
