Cathryn Coate - SSH Real Estate

Cathryn Coate, SIOR provides comprehensive real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation (office, land, and industrial acquisition and sales). She also provides consulting services to a diverse base of local and national organizations. With a particular focus on nonprofit organizations, Cathy applies her expertise and knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and resources to help clients achieve their strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Following a successful career in the nonprofit world where she held leadership positions with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and Institute for the Study of Civic Values, Cathy initially joined SSH in 1997. She left to provide brokerage services at Colliers International and GVA Smith Mack. Cathy returned to SSH in 2016.

Education:

Cathy graduated from University of Denver with a B.A. in Social Sciences and from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Social Work. She also attended Temple University Real Estate Institute.
