Dave joined SSH in February 2023 as Director of Property management.

Dave has over 25 years of property management, project management, and construction management experience in the commercial real estate field and has managed many high-profile office, mixed-use, and retail properties across the greater Philadelphia area.

He currently manages 123 S. Broad Street, the Witherspoon Building, 5 & 6 Executive Campus, and 111 Sinclair Road, Bristol, Pennsylvania

Dave is an active member of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), has earned and maintains his Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation, and is active in several civic and community organizations in Montgomery County, PA
