Greg Muller serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SSH Facilities and brings over 20 years of experience at SSH Real Estate, where he has played a pivotal role in the firm’s evolution across property management, investment, and overall operations. For more than a decade, Greg has overseen the operational performance and strategic initiatives of both SSH Real Estate and SSH Management, contributing to the firm’s growth into one of the most respected privately held commercial real estate platforms in the Mid-Atlantic region.
As the driving force behind the launch and expansion of SSH Facilities, Greg was instrumental in identifying the opportunity to leverage SSH’s real estate expertise and infrastructure to enter the essential building services and HVAC market. Recognizing the industry’s fragmentation and increasing demand for institutional-quality service providers, Greg led the formation of SSH Facilities, executed its first two acquisitions, and arranged the platform’s initial capital structure and financing. Under his leadership, SSH Facilities has scaled rapidly building an integrated operating platform that serves over 300 commercial clients with a team of 60+ employees across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
In his role as CEO, Greg is responsible for defining the strategic vision and overseeing execution across all facets of the business. This includes driving organic growth through targeted marketing and operational improvements, managing and integrating future tuck-in acquisitions, and ensuring disciplined capital deployment from the current investment round. With a focus on operational efficiency, customer retention, and geographic expansion, Greg is building SSH Facilities into a regional market leader and a platform of scale capable of attracting institutional capital.
Greg continues to work closely with founding partner Pete Soens on high-level strategic planning and business development.
