John Alicea

John has been an employee of SSH Advantage for 5 years and oversees the entire maintenance staff. His responsibilities are to schedule the day-to-day work, coordinate large scale projects, engage/manage vendors, and work alongside business development on new and existing contracts. John is the primary contact for all of our clients and is the key communicator for both our preventative and reactive maintenance requests. He is responsible for ensuring that SSH Advantage completes our assignments efficiently, accurately, in a timely manner, and within budget. He monitors our fleet and tracks our mobile work order system daily. John is also an active member of our Safety Committee and is certified in OSHA and COVID safety training. John has spent the last 8 years in the facility maintenance field and has utilized that experience module to enact efficiencies and profitability in our maintenance department.
