Joseph Viturello

Joseph Viturello joined SSH as Managing Director of the Center City brokerage team in 2024. Joe is a well-respected veteran broker who has been a top producer for the past 20 years. Joe has been highly active in Tenant Representation and has extensive experience handling select Landlord leasing assignments. During his tenure in the industry, Joe has been responsible for $225 million of commercial real estate transactions.

Joe will act as the lead broker on two prominent SSH listing assignments: the 750,000 SF—123 S. Broad and the 210,000 SF—230 S. Broad Street, while continuing to provide outstanding service to his Tenant Representation clients.  

 Joe’s unwavering diligence, profound knowledge of the market, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic are the pillars that create value in each deal transaction. With his extensive experience as both a tenant representative and landlord agent, Joe fosters excellent collaboration with all involved parties, ensuring the best deal terms for his clients.

While at Rowan University Joe played football as the team competed for the NCAA Division III National Championship while completing his MBA. Joe now enjoys spending his free time coaching his son’s and daughter’s various sports teams.
