Senior Associate
Kat joined SSH Real Estate in 2020. She is involved in the Investment Management Division of SSH, specifically focused on Asset Management. Within Asset Management she assists with financings, lender and investor relations, leasing and capital strategies, and financial performance analytics for SSH’s portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Kat was an Asset Management Analyst at Mack Real Estate Group in New York City and spent two years as a Real Estate and Private Equity Funds Auditor at KPMG.
Education
Kat graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Philosophy.
Professional and Personal Affiliations
Kat is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Argus Certified. She is a member of the Lehigh University Martindale Scholars Society and currently the lead anchor of her alumni cohort.
