Kimberly Unger

Kimberly joined SSH in 2022 as Tenant Experience Manager. In her role, Kim is responsible for the management of all the amenity spaces at 123 S. Broad including a conference center, board room, several flexible lounge spaces, rooftop deck, and fitness center. She brings a wealth of hospitality and client relations experience stemming from her years in the hotel and private club industries working for Hilton and Invited, previously ClubCorp. Part of her role also involves planning exclusive tenant programming to support tenant engagement. Immediately prior to joining SSH, Kim spent almost 3 years working for a residential real estate brokerage managing their inside sales department.
