Matt Bond

Matthew Bond is the Senior Vice President of HVAC Projects at SSH Facilities, bringing over a decade of industry experience with a focus on engineering-driven solutions and large-scale project execution. His career began in 2012 at his father’s HVAC business, where he gained foundational experience in the field and developed a strong understanding of mechanical systems and service delivery.

In 2020, Matthew joined Aqua Engineered Energy Solutions in Atlanta, GA, where he honed his expertise in project management, CAD, and engineering blueprint design. There, he focused on complex mechanical construction projects, strengthening his technical acumen and ability to manage large-scale initiatives from design through completion.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. His deep background in engineering and project execution allows him to lead sophisticated HVAC installations with precision, innovation, and a focus on operational efficiency.

In his current role, Matthew blends technical engineering expertise with strategic project management to deliver high-performance HVAC solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
