Melissa Massimi

Melissa has over 25 years of experience managing all types of commercial buildings, such as office, industrial, medical, educational, flex and retail. Melissa and the property management staff provide exceptional service(s) to the client’s real estate portfolios. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and implementation of property management policies, procedures and best practices, the annual operating and capital budgets, vendor negotiation/selection, preparation/confirmation of lease abstracts and regular, in-person inspections.

She is involved with BOMA Philadelphia and CYWA (Community Youth and Women’s Alliance) and has earned her RPA (Real Property Administrator) and FMA (Facility Management Administrator) through BOMI. Melissa holds a real estate license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
