Tracy Dougherty

Tracy Dougherty is the Controller in the Property Management Division of SSH Real Estate. She joined the firm in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management. Tracy, in conjunction with SSH’s team of accountants, is responsible for managing the financial reporting and cash management at the properties SSH manages on behalf of both third-party owners and the SSH Investments Division. She has experience in conversions, developing processes and establishing controls, CAM reconciliations, budgets and cash management.
