Mr. Mayock joined SSH in November 2010 to lead the Investment Services division. Since 1986, he has specialized in the sale and financing of investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Since joining SSH, Dan and the Investment Services Team have handled office, flex, industrial, and multi-family properties sales for a diverse list of clients including INVESCO Real Estate, Equus Capital Partners, Stag Industrial, Hayden Real Estate, and Miller Investment Management. Dan lives in Paoli, Chester County, PA with his wife and three children, where he is active in the community as a coach of youth sports.
