Cathryn Coate, SIOR provides comprehensive real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation; office, land and industrial acquisition and sales; as well as consulting to a diverse base of local and national organizations. With a particular focus on nonprofit organizations, Cathy applies her expertise and knowledge of Philadelphia's neighborhoods and resources to help clients achieve their strategic, operational and financial goals.

Following a successful career in the nonprofit world where she held leadership positions with the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and Institute for the Study of Civic Values, Cathy initially joined SSH in 1997. She left to provide brokerage services at both Colliers International and GVA Smith Mack, then returned to SSH in 2016.
